1. In‑coming Component Inspection
All key components (engine, alternator, controller, radiator) are inspected upon arrival.
2. Sheet‑metal & Fabrication Workshop
Produce base frame, silent canopy or container according to customer order specs.
3.Engineering & Technical Department
Responsible for drawing design, technical calculation, custom project solution, OEM/ODM modification, wiring diagram, on‑site technical support for global projects.
4. Mechanical & Electrical Assembly Workshop
Core assembly area. Fit engine‑alternator coupling on base frame; install cooling system, fuel system, exhaust muffler, battery; complete wiring of control panel and ATS cabinet, logo printing and painting.
5.Testing & Quality Assurance Department
Perform full‑function Factory Acceptance Test(FAT): no‑load running, full‑load / partial‑load test, voltage‑frequency stability, noise measurement, leakage check. Generate test report for each unit. All units must pass test before packing.
6.Packaging & Logistics Department
Clean finished units, stick serial‑number labels and warning marks. Complete seaworthy packaging, load container, prepare shipping documents, certification files for export.
